Tad´s longtime German publisher Klett-Cotta is publishing the German edition of The Heart of What Was Lost, the first new Osten Ard novel in over twenty years, on March 11th, 2017 as Das Herz der verlorenen Dinge in hardcover and e-book editions. The unabridged audiobook edition will be published by Der Hörverlag on May 22nd, 2017. The audiobook will be read by actor Andreas Fröhlich, who has already recorded all four volumes of Memory, Sorrow and Thorn for the German market.
Klett-Cotta is also publishing reprints of the classic four volumes of Memory, Sorrow and Thorn on March 11th, 2017 Â in shiny, new trade paperback editions with brand-new cover art matching with the new book.

Klett-Cotta is planing a major marketing campaign for their new editions, which will include a window display contest for booksellers. And the participating bookstores can win a reading and signing event with Tad himself that will take place during his next German booktour, which is planned for fall 2017.
And in the summer of 2017 Klett-Cotta will be publishing the German edition of The Witchwood Crown, the major first volume of the new Osten Ard series, The Last King of Osten Ard in hardcover and e-book editions. Look for it in German bookstores starting August 5th, 2017.
